A starting point for independent knife sharpening businesses that confirm jobs themselves. Customers can check your services, explain the items and request a hand-off in one enquiry. This template does not confirm appointments, take payments or manage deliveries.

Before you copy
Prepare your supported knife and tool types, quantities or minimum order rules, real service area and hand-off locations, quotation policy, checked inbox and business privacy information. Hide any service or location you have not configured.
Copy and customise for free, then test on a free Framer address with Framer branding. A custom domain needs a paid Framer site plan. Review Framer’s current plans and limits before choosing your business setup. No paid plugin or external form service is required for an email enquiry.
1. Copy into your Framer account
Copy this template into your own workspace. Keep Demo Mode on while setting up. This is a fictional example; Edge & Turn does not accept sharpening enquiries or items.
2. Replace the example business
Change the name, contact details and service area. Edit CMS → Services and CMS → Hand-off options. Replace every EDIT BEFORE PUBLISHING note with confirmed information, or remove that option. On your business copy, remove or replace all static demo notices and placeholders in the header, above and below the form, and in the footer, including the template bar. Review page titles and descriptions too. Add only prices, qualifications, insurance and customer feedback you can substantiate. Before sharing, verify your real business identity, contact details and privacy information, then send yourself a test enquiry and confirm it reaches your inbox.
3. Connect your enquiry inbox
Open Assets → Native Sharpening Enquiry → Default. In the Form panel, select Send to → Email and enter your own recipient address. Keep the native submit button connected. Replace /privacy with your own business privacy information before accepting enquiries.
4. Activate and test your copy
On Home, open Sharpening Enquiry → Sharpening Enquiry Inner → Enquiry Content → Demo Mode — Switch Off Only After Setup. Set Demo Mode to No only on your configured business copy. Publish on the address you choose and send yourself a test. Check delivery and spam, then test on a phone. Preferred day and hand-off choices remain requests until you confirm them.
